At Dirty Coins, we always strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a return and exchange service under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Only applicable for size exchange, product replacement, or manufacturing defects/wrong items delivered.

3. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or wrongly delivered items: Dirty Coins will cover all shipping fees.
  • For size or style exchanges: the customer is responsible for both-way shipping fees.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the item is out of stock or cannot be exchanged for the requested size/style.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
